The rate of cyclists in New York is growing at an exponential rate. In addition, this Spring City Bike will launch upon New York City, making it one of the largest bike share programs in the world. As bikes and cars learn to share the road, the number of bike crashes continues to climb. Cycling crashes bring multiple areas of law into play. These may include simple no-fault claims, uninsured and underinsured (SUM) motorist claims, MVAIC claims, premises or municipal liability, as well as products liability claims. Each one of these areas may find its way into a bike crash case. This seminar offers a short guideline into the practical aspects of handling a New York bike crash case.
